Payment Process
When you are ready to place your secure order, click “Cart” to begin your transaction. Strands of Hope uses PayPal for online ordering.
To pay with your PayPal account:
Upon clicking “Proceed to Checkout”, log in to PayPal and follow the steps.
To pay without a PayPal account:
To pay for your order with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover card, or echeck, look for the following statement after clicking “Proceed to Checkout”:
“Don’t have a PayPal account?
Use your credit card or bank account (where available.) Continue”
You will not be signing up for a PayPal account at this point, you are merely checking out as you would on any other shopping site.
Note: Sales tax is included in product pricing for Minnesota residents; no sales tax will be charged for out of state orders (pricing is the same).
Shipping Information
Items in stock will be mailed within 3-10 business days. If items are not in stock, or if you have ordered a finished necklace instead of a necklace kit, please expect 2-3 weeks for delivery. Should you need your order sooner, please contact us at strandsofhope@hotmail.com and we will let you know if we can meet your request.
All orders within the U.S. will be shipped via priority mail. Postage and handling fees are as follows:
Orders up to $ 75 ~ $ 8.00
Orders $76 – $150 ~ $14.00
Orders $151 – $225 ~ $17.00
Orders $226 – $300 ~ $20.00
Orders over $300 ~ $23.00
